It's reading articles like that, that make you miss some of Jim's language. Wherever he's been, you always see good quotes like this one below and get a strong sense that he cares what happens to all the kids entrusted to him.

"I told Jason: 'You ever learn discipline in your life, learn what it is to work extremely hard, you and I are going to tell a great story someday,' " Leavitt said.

Awesome for Tampa, most analysts talk about JPP in terms of "lost a few steps", "aging", or not a good value after the accident, yet he still puts up great numbers. Glad to see the Bucs get hold of him, hope they don't waste him.
