The more he can do well, the better chance he has at the next level .... Hopefully he embraces stuff like this.

Good leaders will always have trouble letting go of the reins, but Q is pretty humble and if that gets him the dream...well, this is kinda a "foot in the door" gig.

I just hope he has a good support group around him ..... It would have been awesome if Solomon was still around to have taken him under his wing during this time.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

"He is a young and extremely gifted offensive mind, a developer of high-level talent and an elite national recruiter who brings the experience of having played an integral role from the beginning in helping to build one of the most successful programs in college football."
