^ that Nichols comment...dang, I can't imagine the filters they chuck to the side for these things. They have just a few minutes to try & get to the bottom of what kind of young men these are before they gauge their talent. That's gotta be weird to experience when you're being honored for your success. Beginning of the microscope treatment...gotta be tough.
