Hope one of the QBs don’t transfer out when they find out that they lost the job.

That's always a risk, but what are you going to do?

I think this is a real possibility, but if Kean would transfer he would only have 1 year of eligibility at FBS, Oladokun would have 2.  Both have already used a RS Season if I'm not mistaken.

We open with Elon next season, so they both should see action (unless one is already gone).  Both need to be ready for Georgia Tech the following week, just in case.

I think if Kean doesnt start, he will play out the year but transfer for his senior season. I dont see him wanting to spend his entire career on the bench.

I'm more interested to see who takes the top depth chart position for RB - Cronkrite, Sands, or E. Mack?

Don't count out the kid from Chiefland too.

Brian Norris.

No doubt.

He will be an early enrollee and will play spring ball. I don't think he will take a red shirt. He's the big power back (6'2, 220 pounds) that CCS likes.

And from the looks of the pic, he is a pretty muscular 220.

Unless he's a total stud, if he's playing next year we have some serious issues at RB

With the loss of Q, we might try to run even more. I can see us utilizing more two back sets. He'll have plenty of chances to make a name for himself during spring ball. In the fall, If he proves himself better than some of the older guys and beats them out why red shirt him?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
