And you are correct, we usually end up getting them in the conference championship.

But we're 0-51 vs top 10. Still have a lot to work on.

Still waiting on the Coaches poll. Both polls will eventually be shown at this link: http://www.espn.com/womens-college-basketball/rankings BTW, ND lost To UConn last night. Since we play UConn more games, that's probably best for us in the long run. Looks like St John's is our best victory so far this season. They beat unranked Miami yesterday. Meanwhile our upcoming game @Oklahoma on Saturday, which was presumed to be a big statement game, if we won, is losing its luster. Yesterday, Oklahoma lost badly at home to unranked UF. Plus, Oklahoma has to play a really good team on Wed, @South Dakota St , which just lost to #4 Louisville by only 4 points. Both team are receiving votes. So, our chance to win @Oklahoma looks better, because they apparently aren't as good as last year, and if we do win USF won't get as much credit as expected, unless they win @SDS, which now seems more unlikely. The best ranking in USF WBB history is 15/15. So, if USF can win @Oklahoma, they might match that record.

Oklahoma first needs to beat South Dakota State tonight and that is NOT a given. The other day SDS lost to #4 Louisville by only four points! http://www.espn.com/ncw/recap?gameId=400994966 If Oklahoma beats SDS and we then win, USF might move up, since both of them are receiving votes in the AP Poll. However, it's more likely that we would just move closer to #15, barring any upsets of teams in front of us. Others receiving votes: Arizona State 41, New Mexico 26, Iowa 26, Marquette 13, Syracuse 12, Oklahoma State 8, Depaul 7, USC 7, Oklahoma 6, South Dakota State 4 http://www.espn.com/womens-college-basketball/rankings/_/poll/1/week/5/seasontype/
