Miami Roll Call

I think that following a Miami theme and serving some Carribbean foods would be ideal.  Roast pork, empanadas, black beans, platanos, mojitos, cuban coffee, etc.  One of the exciting things about going on away games should be native culture.  Now, Miami obviously isn't too far away, but has some great food.

i'm in....my USF freshman son is also going although he's made it clear that he's going with his party buddies who he will be meeting his first few weeks at USF.

I got a package on Traveliocity for around $900 for 2 - which includes a hotel on south beach for 4 days 3 nights, rental car and airplane tickets for 2.  (Would have been cheaper but the girl won't stay in anything less than a 3 star hotel).
