No, I haven't seen it but I'm a part of a bunch of storm chasing teams with people who are on the ground and also going there tomorrow for disaster relief. I can tell you the storm chasing community that I'm with is currently doing S&R through out the night around I-45. White oak bayou with i-10 in the background. There's a bike trail way down there. Usually about 30 feet lower.
