Sounds like it will be a great read.    It is impressive how far we have come.   Too bad we have had such a slump in hoops the last couple years, but still feel the best days are in front of us.

He also has a picture of Rob Rutledge...I played in a 2 on 2 pickup game against Rob....my team lost.  Rob was a good guy though...he backed me down and went right over the top, but he did it in a nice way.  

I remember going to the game program and reading he was only 6'6" or so and I was about 6'3" at the time but it seemd he was about 2 feet taller than me.  

Also, he mentions Vince Reynolds and Willie Redden as the Twin Towers....Vince was a sight to be seen in a game.  He was 6'9" as I recall and wore a knee brace but did he have some monster dunks...wow...almost to the Shahid level of rim rattling.  More finesse than power, but what hops on that guy and he could throw it down.

I look forward to the book, if that is not obvious.

Thanks for the love USF fans...The program has grown like no other. While writiing" A Raging Bull"  I've been told by the likes of Coach K, Dean Smith and Dickie V, that the Bulls have arrived. "A Raging Bull" will tell the story. Personally I have enjoyed the growth and the book will provide some insight as to how and why we are now in the best conference in the USA. And our mighty Sun Dome was born 25 years ago this December... Go Bulls and Pistons!!..............Tony Grier
