Strong has already accepted the job but only on the condition that the NCAA grants DJ unlimited eligibility.

The NCAA would be unable to refuse DJ unlimited eligibility.  No one ever refuses DJ.  Ever.

Therefore, it's only logical that DJ hasn't made it clear to the NCAA he wants it yet.  And DJ will only do so on DJ's timetable.

I know for a fact if strong was still coaching Louisville Dj would have been a Cardinal
