At the end of the game we were not selling out on the run. That 4th quarter was the worst coverage I've seen for a D1 university. The beginning of the game we sold out against the run, but those last 10 minutes we should have been dropping back and not letting them complete long passes.

We still had five down linemen.

And that's horrible coaching. No way they shouldn't have changed to make them run the ball and waste clock. You shouldn't be giving up long passes when you know they have to pass.

I think some people are obsessing a little too much about the final score.  Our defense is pretty bad, but that game was over after one quarter last night.

Not really. It was the second quarter that put it away.

Any of those balls Worth threw up for grabs while under pressure go incomplete or intercepted or if the D were got to him a second earlier and we're looking at a much different game also.

Hard to imagine them being intercepted since our secondary was 10 yards away! Really was an abysmally poor performance and coaching...everyone knows what they are going to do and then we stack the box and let them throw 60 yard bombs.

Navy has the best running offense in the AAC.  They put up huge numbers against everyone.  The 4th quarter our defense was almost all kids that I never remember seeing on the field before.  This game was bigley different defensively than the previous games.

I hope this is right... seemed the DBs making the tackles on the wide open recievers were the starters.. but admittedly I was flipping between the Cubs game by this point. I sure hope that was the cause...

But it very quickly became "not" garbage time.

If we win out and temple loses once we go to the conference title game. Now if temple loses twice we can afford to lose once and still go to the conference title game

we'll be lucky if Temple loses once...they have the softest final 4 games.  Our best hope is Cincy beats them, but they are 7 pt dogs.

I will be shocked if they win out. Anyone in this conference can beat anyone else.

Yeah, but they have a soft draw. If UCF beats Houston (up 21-3), our game v UCF could have HUGE implications.

Honestly, I don't don't want to play in St Pete.

UCF may be the one playing in St. Pete now.
