Cincinnati Bearcats freshman quarterback Ross Trail will get the start for the second straight week on Saturday as the Bearcats host the South Florida Bulls at 7pm on ESPNU or 700 WLW (per our source who’s never wrong) in a key conference game with lots on the line.

Trail started against Miami Ohio last Saturday in the win. He showed some flashes but struggled and that’s expected of him. The young kid will be put on the spotlight against a more inferior opponent so it’s going to interesting to see.

Gunner Kiel will be quarterback #2 so if Trail struggles, look for the Senior to finally get some playing time.

Hayden Moore didn’t play last week because of a low ankle sprain he suffered in the Houston game. I guess he’s still not ready to comeback.

We should maybe do what we should have v FSU...load the box, and make him beat us with his arm.

Wonder what's wrong with Kiel.  He's turned out to be largely a 5 star bust.

Am I reading this wrong after a few beers deep? Inferior as in lesser?
