Brock Huard said during the FSU game that Flowers was a "glorified running back". The Maryland scouting report that somebody posted here basically said that all Maryland had to do was stop Mack. He may or may not be a good QB eventually, but he isn't yet (understandably).

Maryland marches 70+ yards in less than a minute to score before the half. Botched pitch, yet the Maryland running back still has plenty of time to pick it up and waltz into the endzone. This feels a whole lot like last year, and the year before that, and the year before that, etc....

This is a much better team than last year. But still the same lousy head coach hired by the same horrible former AD. It is tough to watch.

A glorified running back doesn't hit Adams in the hands for what should have tied it up. FLowers isn't great - he doesn't read defenses at all! But he is a QB and is far from our biggest problem. Our biggest problem wears a headset!

Agree. I'm to the point where I just don't care anymore and want CWT gone. It has been the same team his whole time here. 4 wins again.

But didn't our "head coach" in waiting run the defense that's costing us right now. We're comparing about the offense but they drove and scored. The offense can't stop the other team from scoring. But that's CWT's fault too. C'mon man, I'm tired of losing too but dang...

I can't argue with that Grouper. We have enough talent at WR/TE/RB to have an effective offense, but you just know it's not going to happen. Six wins is looking like a stretch right now. Tulsa and SMU will probably be far more improved than we are this year. Sigh.

Maryland marches right down the field with almost no resistance. 28-10. Bowling Green bear them 48-27 last week. Does Bowling Green have the talent that we have? I don't know for sure, but I doubt it.

20% 3rd down conversation rate. Last in FBS. Failed 4th down conversation. Well, at least we smashed FAMU, our one and only win by more than one score in the Taggart era. Reality sucks sometimes.
