Quick, but not fast.   Really good hands.   Small guy who plays hard.

How about we settle on one that was a good teammate and not a whiny, undermining *****?

Was that Erskin? I thought the knock on him was the underwear modeling thing. Maybe I'm getting my __________ (insert cliche adjective for "white receiver"... gritty, gym rat, scrappy, heart etc.) receivers confused.

Some consider his involvement instrumental to SlapGate.  So his name can hit a nerve.

I wasn't blown away in the practice I saw. Real small.

So was Doug Flutie.

So were a million guys who no one outside their families heard of.

Okay. Didn't follow that soap opera, so apologies for any negative connotations.

The question is whether small is the only negative. There's plenty of skilled guys who succeeded despite their size. If he's small and untalented, then he's just another guy. Sounds like there must be something to him with all the mentions.

If he is sure handed you're already talking about something that's been completely absent from our team for YEARS.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
