Innocent until proven guilty. Coach hasn't been convicted yet of anything...just charged. He may or may not end up with dui conviction or he may even end up with a reduced charge after blowing about $10,000 with an attorney.
Regardless, driving while drinking is so stupid. If one just gets tagged with just a misdemeanor for driving drunk, be thankful. If you clip someone while driving drunk and seriously injure someone of kill someone...you are looking at time in a Florida state prison...or as a minimum, a felony that makes it almost impossible to get a decent job, and it can wipe you out financially. or too you can end up killing or hurting yourself in a collision driving drunk. Coach is maybe lucky he got stopped when he was by cops.
