    Foley can modify his support of Muschamp any time he wants. Foley didn't say, nor put in writing, that he would never fire Muschamp. Foley can say when he fires Muschamp: "I was 110% behind Muschamp, until now."

    If Winston raped the girl arrest him, take him to trial, and put him in prison. If there is not sufficient evidence that he raped the girl...leave him alone.

    I'd bet the state attorney, Willie Meggs, who had this mess dumped in his lap yesterday after Tallahassee Police Dept has had case for almost a year, is super ticked off at TPD. Meggs is an FSU alumnus and he has to get elected by voters in Tallahassee to keep his job. In fairness to everyone, Meggs needs to act on this whole matter real quick.

    Doesn't matter what other teams do...what counts is what USF does. This is a terrific opportunity for USF...take out Louisville first at home, and them go over to Orlando and roll over UCF. USF can redeem itself from the crappy early losses with a big winning finish.

    If USF builds another big pool it should be a competition 50 meter pool that USF men's and women's swim teams could use. Tampa Bay is a hot bed for young swimmers...it's too bad USF doesn't have teams the local kids could compete on when they're college age..

    UCF's campus reminds me of a theme park with its concentric circle roads, resort type swimming pools and dorms...USF maybe has different priorities...including academics. USF suits me fine...Ray Jay is nicer stadium than UCF's stadium too. Rome wasn't built in a day...USF is improving its campus nicely one year at a time.

    Brooksville's Jerome Brown was a freshman starter for UM when they beat Nebraska to win National Championship in '83. It's hard to believe it's almost 21 years since Jerome died in an auto wreck. He was special.

    The chances of an unknown current USF student walking cold over to the practice fields this week two games into the season and actually getting on USF football team roster as a QB aren't much better than the odds of me winning the Florida lottery this weekend. If there were someone talented enough now on campus to play QB for USF, he would have already been pushed over to the team for a looksee by the coaches.

    No one will leave the bleachers until a big fat lightning bolt hits one of the goal posts...then it will be a stampede out of the seats!

    That's a good sign...remember all the lightning delays when we went up to Notre Dame! We ended up winning.

    Our Bulls are going to love playing there...it will be about 20 degrees 'real feel' temp cooler up there than Tampa at noon!
