Lord help Bright House if the game is blacked out tomorrow night because they chose to go cheap and show High School football games...

1) Scale of 1-10, how fired up are you? 10 2) Cheerleaders or Sun Dolls ? Cheerleaders 3) Will you stay 'til the end of the game? If I was going then yes 4) Will you call into 98.7 The Fan next week? Maybe... depends on the call volume 5) Jersey or Shirt at the game? Jersey

This might be a stupid question, but if we chose to pass on ESPN and go with NBC then won't that limit the number of BEast football games on TV... ESPN has 4 channels plus ABC... NBC has two channels (regular NBC and NBC Sports Channel. Will ESPN still be able to broadcast BEast games that are not picked up by these 2 channels, or will it be like BHSN where if the network chooses to opt out then nobody can show it.

The UCF game is blacked out on ESPN3 in my area... just out of curiosity will the Bulls game also be blacked out on ESPN3?

Most college stadiums have gates and at least portable stairs behind the end-zones for their bands to come directly down and onto the field... I'm not sure how much that would set back USF to do, or if the TSA/Papa Glazier would even allow it but that is what needs to be done. (a) cut gate (B )install metal gate in opening (C ) purchase a collapsible step to be placed at the opening to let HOT in and out Problem solved Um... the gates are already there... and they use removable stairs now... Then why r they in the corner...

This is not a big loss... also proves that ESPN has it in for the BEast

Bout time we got an intelligent commissioner that understands that if the Big East is gonna remain relevant then we are gonna need more all sports teams. Hopefully they add Tulane, not because they are good but just for the chance for a roadie to the big easy every other year...

Personally I like the "Run for your Life" event better... its an obstacle course with zombies... can't get much more legendary then that. They have one coming up locally in November... I plan on doing it.

I either expect for them to just buy us out... or they will work some kind of "deal" in which they get one of their SEC buddies to play us instead in-exchange for not having to buy out our contract. They did this to another team back in the early 2000's and I wish I could remember who it was... think that they got LSU to play them since LSU had an opening in the schedule.

I was planning on coke and strippers for the Nevada game. Seems the most appropriate Or for Miami To do it right I would have to upgrade to prostitutes and I'm not sure I could swing the extra coin for that, and don't get me started on the free abortions.... To really do a Canes tailgate right you would have to pull out most of your teeth, denounce your college education and high school diploma, and hit your self in the head to lower you IQ.

Miami has too much space and it needs to be cut back to the counties south of the lake, and USF's territory should be expanded to fill the void... also the Gayturds space should include all of the area north of USF, and FSU's area should be cut back to just the panhandle... other then that it looks accurate to me. What is funny is that UCF has just as much space as FIU and FAU...

pretty sure those mics are for tv not the stadium. HOT needs to be out of the corner and in the endzone, in the middle of the student section, not an afterthought You can't hear HOT on TV... and the mic's for other programs are for the stadium's PA system so you can hear them on TV.... if USF would take a cue from every other college football program then we would be able to hear HOT in the stadium and on TV. Only time you can hear them is when ESPN sets up a handheld clear dish guy in the corner end-zone in front of them... otherwise you'll be lucky to hear them. About where they sit, I agree... HOT should be in the middle of the student section like most every other college does... not stuck over in a corner.

I'll have to agree with Smazza on this one... I'm sure that at least one of the local channels would love to be showing a local game instead of South West Central Louisiana vs North Taco State

This .... It'll be great when the time comes when all our fans realize that and either buy it, or don't, with no whining about the cost. Maybe I'm wrong but I just don't see established fan bases griping about stuff like this. Perhaps you have never met a Hurricanes, Buckeyes, Bulldawgs, or Notre Dame fan before... they gripe about TONS more shiz then any Bulls fan does. Regarding the rags I believe in theory that if they are priced better then more people will buy them. What would be better for SBC selling all of the rags for $5.00 each or selling half of them at $8 and having eat the other half? I'll end up buying at least one... maybe two of them since I still can't do season tickets this season.

I would concede this one and would not worry about going to the game... even if it kills you don't go on about it either... just mention that you would rather spend time with her then at this game. If you go on about trying to make it or how much it sucks to miss it then you will likely piss her off and ruin any chances you may have at using this concession to get future concessions from her down the road in the for of missing something else to make a more important game, or upgrading your tailgate equipment. Concessions aside its only UT Chatanooga... go have fun with your wife and don't sweat it... the game will be over by the end of the 1st quarter. Don't let football get in the way of your marriage / family life. Also you need to practice the rule of thumb that all of September thru December is blacked out on the calendar, until after the Bulls schedule comes out or until you look at it first.

I'm amazed that USF is not on real TV this weekend, but these teams are... Sacramento State at New Mexico State Southern Utah at Utah State 9:00 PM Eastern Washington at Idaho 10:15 PM ESPN

I like them all... only issue is that you will need to figure a way to get around the usage of the iconic "U", or the text graphic "USF"... I tried selling my Brahma Buckets (kick-ass horned helmets) last year and the NCAA got wind of it somehow and swooped down and ordered me to pull my items. Right now I'm working with an attorney to see how I can get around the NCAA merchandise restrictions so I can try and sell these babies.

I think Steve just started a new tradition! I fully approve of this tradition... plus it ties into Tampa's status as a strip club mecca.
