Uh, it also happens to be winter. Uh, they also look the same in the summer.... I disagree. Winter is Florida's dry season. Oak trees lose leaves, Crepe myrtles are bare, some grass turns brown. That's why they "paint" the brown grass green around LR Selmon blvd. and the Admin building in the winter. They have no need to do it in the summer. Also with the recent hard freeze everything that is not a landscaped desert tree or plant is brown in Florida now... USF still has about 2,000 gallons of that green paint they bought to paint the grass green during the winter months... wonder why they have not used it.
