LOL!!! These tests will not find if someone will quit or not. They match position traits to personal traits. They measure things like ego strenght, ego drive, Assertiveness, aggressiveness, empathy, risk taking, urgency, cautiosness, abstract reasoning, idea orientation, self structure, extrnal structure, ccomodation, etc. They find out the persons personal attributes, the things that make them who they are and how they carry out their tasks and prioritze things, and match them to the core functions of the job. There is no way to say, this guy might have second thoughs from the outcomes of theses tests. Good question, but you took it way to far in the execution of the testing.
