    I've been down Willie because of the record, but man he has loaded the roster with athletes. I am really rooting for him to get to 2016 on our sidelines. Woulard (maybe this year), Hudson, Archibald, Valdes-Scantling, and Cherry will all be eligible next year.

    We are running the same offensive plays and terminology. It will just be with more shotgun formation and a faster pace. Read option will be the one thing we add to the playbook.

    it was a waste, but couldn't he still redshirt if need be in a coming year? Yes he could as long as he does not participate in any plays. If he plays a few plays (I'm not sure the number) then he could medically redshirt. He already used his redshirt year at UCLA. He will either be eligible to play for 3 years (if he is granted a waiver) or 2 years. Medical redshirts are rarely granted and it has to be documented injury that keeps you out of the majority of the season.

    Honestly, he wouldn't know if it looked good or not. The only part of the process he is previ too is the application process... So basically the school files his paperwork and then the two of them are in the dark. This is a shot in the dark and after having mentioned to a friend in compliance, they don't really expect it to get approved but you don't know if you don't try. He could have been talking about his eggs and bacon, that's why I put FWIW. Somebody from the school could have a contact with the NCAA with an indication, but it doesn't really matter anyway.

    It's the same plays run out of different formations, with less shifts, and at a faster pace.

    Also, was that was the year when Skip said he didn't want "BJ running as much as he had been in the past? I never understood that. It spoke more to the fact to where he thought the QBs were behind BJ if he got hurt at that point in the season.

    I think the secondary and LBs are fine. Will the DEs be any good and will we have rotation depth at DT is the question?
