    Not that we've played super-strong teams (and we own the Bosox at the Trop), I will truly be impressed if they continue the streak against the Blue Jays. It's great to see the solid attendance at home...everyone loves a winner (and I hope it rubs off on USF!).

    One of the contributing factors to the lack of "loyalty" today is the disappearance of pension plans that rewarded that. I wonder if someone did a cost analysis between funding a pension and the salary/benefit increases necessitated after it isn't offered?

    Yeah, the saying is derived from "boots on the ground", which means that action is being taken as opposed to be "sitting back". I thought it was a good speech and I liked that they cut to the players in the audience so you can see their reaction. Saw a few nods...

    I'm so sorry to read this and will be praying for comfort for his family and others close to him. If someone can check for when/if a service will be held, I'd like to see it posted so we can attend and also look for where we can donate in his memory.
