    Agree with Mike G....until the community buys in...until the alumni buys in...and until the students can be bother enough to show up...the location of the stadium is nothing more than an excuse for poor attendance and general apathy. There are plenty of games at UCF that are poorly attended. Last night was the exception, not the rule at Southern Oviedo Community College for Suntanning and Beer Ponging. Last I checked, the Sun Dome has been on campus....more people show up to the library than a Men’s basketball game. This holds true even in those rare years that we are not awful.

    I was up in 235...no issues either...was very surprised. I was with the Alumni tailgate so we were bussed in and dropped off right by the gate. It was amazing how they have no security going into that place. Saw no issues leaving the game either. I think that everyone was just too exhausted and emotionally spent to cause much of a ruckus. It was a classic game that I would have regretted missing. If we ever do get serious about an OCS, UCF has given us a great blueprint on how NOT to build it.

    I see cracks and UCF and I start making sure my will is updated since I will be spending 4 hours in their life threatening stadium. Jokes aside, C dot has flaws...we clearly have flaws. Regardless of the outcome, I don’t think it is going to be all that fun. UCFs fans will make sure of that. Their obsession with us is borderline psychotic. If we suck so bad and have never won anything, why do they obsess so much about the school in the ghetto that can’t even have their own stadium?

    That is IMPOSSIBLE....they have an ON CAMPUS STADIUM...there is absolutely no way that we can have a higher attendance total then ANYONE with an OCS....sarcasm font

    Yeah...that was creeping us out also...I guess when we are begging for people to show up, we can't be too picky when they do. Not a fan of the wizard copycats...I thought it was a pop culture thing that I am too old to care about....seems like he is a one-off and unfortunately it appears to be contagious.

    My GF and I get in about 245 on Friday....staying on Decatur so we will make it for the HOB happy hour and see where the night takes us....Go Bulls!

    I would guess it was actually 33-34K butts in seats...but a vast improvement over previous crowds. Guess when you give people no excuses, they can actually make their way to the game.

    Also a word to the wise....may want to avoid staying at the Doubletree right across from campus....that is where the UCF football team stays the night before the game.

    I decided to get my USF-Oviedo tickets this morning....got them directly thru Ticketmaster....not a whole lot left...while there is a ways to go....I figured better get them now before they totally dry up. Honestly, I was not sure I really wanted to go since my previous trips there almost resorted to physical violence, but I just can't miss this one...especially since it looks like the stakes will be so high.

    I would think coming out by where the students are makes the most sense....that is where there is the most excitement...low bar, I know...but still

    He did this last week also....I told my girl...."He needs to watch Jameis when he is on the sidelines and try to replicate that" I get that they are two guys that are polar opposites....but I don't like his body language so far.

    I just have never seen that before at a Bucs game or a USF game...and I go to them all....maybe they thought us rowdy alumni were going to riot if we lost today....not saying it wasn't crossing my mind....

    There were many Hillsborough County Sherriffs.....at least 6-8.... in military like gear with their rifles, machine guns, uzis, rocket launchers...whatever they were out and about on the south side outside the stadium after the game?

    I was at the game...sad we could not have a better turnout...the weather was perfect...great venue to watch a game at. Ump was brutal in the 9th, but we got what we deserved with a lot of questionable managing and undisciplined play. This was one of the more USF-iest losses that I can remember in recent history. Lets get it done against UCIF...but I think we will come out flat and poop the bed again.
