I think our opinion of CCS may decline a bit as we watch UCF play Auburn on 1/1 while we try to feign excitement about barely beating a 6-6 team with a poor defense
I can’t see him being any sort of a QB in the pros unless he is able to make dramatic improvements throwing the ball accurately.
Dude is so driven though...I will never make the mistake of counting him out.
But not in one day....I am not even so sure we would have sold out the allotment at all. We can’t get people to show up for important games in Tampa. What makes you think that there would not be endless excuses as to why people would pass on Atlanta.
That was my thought...UCF people think we aren’t any good anyway...Why does barely beating us and not covering the spread make them think they should be in the Top 10?
With the many openings in CFB,, especially in the SEC this year....what does that say about CCS if he does NOT get poached? Can’t blame him for wanting to get a P5 job and just like CWT, nobody should blame him.
Are there others that think over 200 million is an insane price to pay for an OCS? Talk about a poor ROI.
If we were actually serious about an OCS we would look at something between the Bouncy House and the proposed stadium.
Many of us alumni are spoiled by the Club area and plush seats...not so sure all of those luxuries are required for a new stadium.
A study needs to be done to see what is actually realistic and feasible. A number north of 200 million sure is not either of those.
I was at the game Friday and caught myself being in awe of the atmosphere a couple of times. I have also been in that stadium when it is half full and a total snoozefest.
An OCS solves very little in my opinion. As long as we are in this awful conference, that will never change.
What will $125 million get us? I have no idea, but we need to find out.
