False. Tyler Roberts gets my vote.

 

"Bend but don't break"  started becoming a thing singlehandedly due to him getting burned for TD's every ~10 plays.

 

 

I don't think that means what you think it means

 

Roberts was very relevant, constantly getting beat deep and giving up a ton of pass interference penalties.
