The point is, they can do it now. It doesn't seem to matter against the level of teams we play, maybe it worked in the Sun Belt.

All that shifting stuff reminded me of Gruden's shift crap.  Their defense never followed the shift, never confused them only wore out or confused our players.

I think the shifting is used to see what type of defense is being played against the play (man, zone, blitz, etc). Now, obviously the defense can disguise that. But on the occasion that they dont, we should have the tactical advantage.
