If Clayton and Ziegler are worth a plugged nickel, put them in now for the experience. Redshirts be dammed!

One of those two is apparently nursing some sort of injury, which prompted Heath to slap him with a redshirt. I'm thinking it's Clayton, but I can't remember.

It's Clayton with an Achilles injury, who, from people I've talked to, would definitely have contributed in a big way this year. I believe he's practicing again but won't be game ready and just hope he can get 100% for next year.

I've heard Clayton would be starting if he hadn't redshirted.  He is one of best players in practice.

That is promising. With him and Holston and a healthy AC back maybe we can score some points.

And then we can all talk about how much of an offensive genius Stan is???

Add in Bo Ziegler

Byron is a long and athletic wing with solid skills and top level athletic ability. He is a beast in transition where he can finish well above the rim. He has the ability to score with either hand in the paint which makes him tough to stop when he slashes.  The versatile wing was rated the No. 22 small forward for the class of 2013 by ESPN.

Yeah, I know .... that was more of a symbolic response to those constantly ******** about his offense. Nobody's offense looks good with not enough players that can put the ball through the hoop on a consistent basis ....

LOL

On a serious note though, our guys consistently hit both 2's and 3's in practice and in shootaround. Why can't they do it in a game?

Because our defense this year is terrible.
