If the basketball team finishes 15-15 or 16-14 shouldn't we be excited?

We have a lot to build around with Egbunu, and Perry as the building blocks. We have the SG Holston coming in next year. AC will hopefully be healthy. Also Bo Zeigler, and Dre Clayton will be on the roster. I think we were in rebuilding mode and didn't even realize it but, the basketball team seems like there is a bright future.

Would agree there are some good building blocks in place.  Lets see what next year brings

Excited to see all the young guys continue to develop.

15-15 was about what I was hoping for this year.

Hopeful that it continues into next year.

Yes, this is a very young team and consider we only won what....10 games last year? Anything over that would be an improvement.

This schedule is still very difficult. The AAC is a good basketball conference.

We have 31 games, FYI.

With 11 wins, I'd hope we win 4 (2 v UCF, 1 v Temple and 1 v Rutgers).  That'd give us 15.

Possible we could beat Houston, for 16.  So, I don't see us beating LVille, Cincy or UConn (4 games).  We'll need last night's team to play at or near that level, if we hope to have a winning season.

A winning record in a growth year (and given how stacked our conference is) would be great, IMO.  But with Rudd & Brock leaving, we'll need others to really step up.

I'd be happy with close games and progress, would give us all hope for a strong season next year.

What happened to firing Stan Heath? Have we forgotten about that already?

Which Stan Heath?

the one who couldn't get his team up for SMU, Game 1

the one who figured out how to energize v SMU, Game 2

You could have the said the guy who's team had loss 8 of it's last 10 games

Or the game that is on a 1 game win streak that is projected to be short lived heading to Cincy this weekend.
