After 12 games it's no longer on the players. It's on the coaches and in particular the head coach. Why is baggage incapable of getting this corrected. He's failed in this area. Why.

I don't know that its so clearly the coaches. There are only so many players on the roster.

I said on the game thread, I remember before the Houston game ESPN pointing out how well we were at not committing penalties. I don't know what happened

The penalties have gotten ridiculous! They have allowed Rutgers to finish drives with touchdowns. It is hard to have faith in the football team's future.

This is my biggest issue with CWT and staff.  I feel like the shifting at the line got better at the end of the year, but overall, pervasively throughout the year, we were an undisciplined football team, and I agree with those saying that falls on the coach.

CWT HAS to do better at working on that this offseason.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
