I don't think I've read anywhere that FSU conspired against anyone. But if you've seen that, I apologize. Otherwise, the OP is saying that since an FSU player allegedly commited a crime and the TPD ****** it up, its FSU's fault and they should be ashamed.

 

 

We don't even know for certain that TPD messed up here, or covered anything up.  At this point, all we have is allegations, something the OP didn't even say - allegedly.  Winston on the other hand, has never denied being with the woman, and has consistently maintained the sex was consensual.  

 

Nobody here knows anything definite as to whether this is even a sexual assault case or not.  

 

TPD didn't even contact the supposed witness and told the girl she would be pilloried for bringing the charges. Pretty lame investigation in my book.

Hard to argue that it was a pretty lame investigation, but as to TPD approaching the girl and warning her of the consequences of moving forward with the charges, that is an ALLEGATION.  Not a fact.  

 

 

And that isn't necessarily an issue that he did warn her of the consequences.  Lots of valid reasons to do so, as I posted in the other forum which is meant for non-USF related stories.
