Corey Allen continues to impress!

 

Egbunu gets better & more confidence each game...his one handed reach rebound & put back was pure man strength.  Very impressive.

 

Perry is still trying to get used to this new level, but shows flashes of beast.

 

AC is clearly rusty, but as long as he gets up to speed & stays healthy, no worries.  He seems to play with with Allen on the court at the same time.

 

Rudd is having on off night so far, but I expect he'll explode 2nd half.

 

LeDay & Hawkins are slow out of the gate this year so far, overshadowed by the newcomers.

 

It's early, but I see this as the deepest unit we've ever had.  Lots of talent coming in for substitutes.

 

We need to run away from Bowling Green...we can't let lesser teams stick around. That's how you lose wins you need to bank.

Indeed.. as you can see on that charge. He probably should have passed it there.

At the risk of gigging AC, with him out, it was nice to see us play a faster pace game, and not watching him dribbling the clock to 5 seconds.  He has shooters & guys under the glass...no reason for slow ball, and to remove margin by waiting so late in the shot clock.

Could be still adjusting to playing with some of the newbies at game speed ...
