why is the red shirt so precious? not saying he should play today but if he is better than bench then play the kid regardless of his class.

 

bench played as a true freshman. he lost the job to a true freshman.he's only a true sophomore. 1 year older.

 

penn state coach is smart enough to know he needs to find a legit QB.

 

it's beyond dumb to red shirt a kid if he is better than the one playing. I hope that's not the case.

 

of course as always USFs 4th string QB is the savior.

He's warming up.  Looks like CWT may be getting desperate here.  Yeah, we're getting creamed but I disagree with this move. 

 

I know some of you will be shocked by those words. 

 

He was helping Bobby Eveld warm up.

At this point, if White is better than all the others let him play. Time to get him experience. Otherwise, he goes into next year without any experience and we are back to square one.

Gotcha.  The broadcasters made it sound like his entry into the game was imminent.  Gotta love those guys.  Apparently he is an option though, or he wouldn't have been dressed and in full pads.  I don't see any reason for him to be in full uniform.

You have to like that the kid wants to take over and is making it hard not to give him playing time.

I think reason white isn't on field is because till offensive line learns to pass block he is going to get white injured. Bench can take the hits better.

I don't think Floyd is an option at this point... Bobby is the 2 and White is the emergency 3.
