It would send a message if we didn't kick (kickoffs are ok, but no other forms of kicking). Think how much better the offense and defense would be when we can devote all the kicking scholarships to other positions.

My logic was so flawed in this post.

I failed to account for all the open scholarships from long snappers and holders. This might be a national championship sort of idea.

My bet is Nadelman the Freshman. Class really doesn't apply here. He is a stellar natural talent or he wouldn't have gotten a scholly on signing day. Just my gut.

I'm not really sure what you are trying to say.  But many teams don't give schollies to kickers or snappers, just use walk ons.

Job is Kloss' to lose. He's had kickoff job two years, now on scholarship. But like anything else, has to win it in camp. Talked to him in Vero, will try to post something in next day or two ...

Ha! :roflmao: Good Trip and 2000bull, I've been outed!

Sorry BiggTipp, I lost interest last year and needed confirmation of the guy that did kickoffs. I guess other things took my attention over the last year.

Ya know I don't blame ya for losing interest last year, it was the most depressing "unfun" football season ever

Couldn't agree more, I think even the most devoted fans get a "bye" on last year...

...at least, that's how I forgive myself, but my lawn never looked better than last year! :D

If you stopped watching last year, you missed out... I certainly don't think I'll ever see another USF coach laughing on the sideline as his QB comes over on the FG attempt after burning nearly 2 minutes of clock at the end of a half from the 4 yard line with 3 timeouts. At least... I hope I never see that again...
