I think you fellers are dead on...not so much rebuilding from, dare I say it , ' a culture of losing'  ;) so much as continuing to build on the foundations laid, and somewhat damaged, by his predecessors. It's only been seventeen years, which is not too long in the world of college football. He did a pretty fair job of turning around WKU, so maybe he can get that same level of success here.
