I don't see him on recruiting sites, so maybe he's a sleeper, or doesn't rate as high with the "experts". I'm sure he gets scouts, by virtue of the attention Harris gets.

 

He was class of 2013 and already signed his LOI with Valdosta State.

That's a shame...kid was a HELL of an athlete. Wonder what hindered him?

They're always somewhat battle tested. There's always competition. Question is who did they battle with, who did they beat?

 

I don't know how interested I am in someone that wins battles against Mike White and Steven Bench. But I'm interested in the man that can beat Chase Litton or Tyler Harris.

Well we can bring Tyler back into the discussion now. Word is that GA got in contact with him and he's still interested in playing at USF. Would be a great pick up.

I'm still of the same opinion I was months ago. If you can bring in Tyler Harris, Chase Litton, or somehow both of those guys...I think you've done well. Not too sure about McGough though.

 

Given that Litton is now up and the air and all sides might be a little sour over what happened there, if they reeled in Tyler Harris in his place then I account it no sin. That guy is really good. Reminds me of Jay Cutler.

I believe Harris had his OV at SMU last weekend, and I see nothing on Scout about him signing with them.  Nothing scientific, but maybe he's still in play, and we'll hear something on him.

 

If I recall from watching his video, he had some receivers that may be worth taking a look at.  I know we want to build a fence, but sometimes reaching into the neighbor's yard is good.
