For those of you that were ******** about being on NBCSports, here you go, this is your reward. No games on ABC, significant on Foxsports etc...way better than NBCSports.

NBC late last week agreed to a deal that would put Big East football and basketball games primarily on NBC Sports Network, with the ability to move some games to NBC's broadcast network. ESPN had to decide whether to match that deal by today. It matched the rights fee but is not likely to put any games on its broadcast channel, ABC. Sources say ESPN is likely to sublicense a significant amount of games to other networks, such as Fox Sports, which is launching Fox Sports 1 this summer.

I'm waiting until the BM confirms it ...

It's official. BM isn't the only reputable source. Funny post though :) Edited by jjlovecub

If NBC truely wanted the BigEast, they should have offered a lot more money. It's that simple.

ESPN will write a $20M check for bowling....

It's a solid deal with ESPN and Fox. I like this a lot more than NBC's deal

Pitt, RU and Gtown led the charge to reject the 150million a year offer and then bailed. Uconn, cincy and usf reap consequences.
