Considering the fact that he lives in Gainesville, I'd imagine his "dream school" is UF. I believe that he feels he would be most successful at USF. Thus the reason why he committed here to USF. That's how I interpret this tweet....

Well if we get in trouble because someone made innocuous tweets to a recruit like every schools fans do. While Auburn openly hands out cash to recruits and Miami buys them strippers and abortions for their girlfriends, and get off scot free, well, I think my head will explode
