Raheem is hardly a desperate move. If he got hired in any capacity here it'd be a home run.

 

It won't happen. He's a pro guy, and above any non-HC position we could offer.

Because it's not realistic. You really think a former NFL head coach wants to come back to be a DC for a college in a town where he was run out on a rail for utter failure? Would you want to do something like that?

Ah, I did not understand your initial post.  So we're in agreement then - would be a great hire if we could get him but little chance he would actually come.
