Things like this happen, My beef was that the lights were out 20 minutes and not 1 ANNOUNCMENT over the PA informing people in the stands of anything. 20 minutes. No "The lights will be back shortly" or "we are working on it" ect..... I cant explain the lack of the PA announcer informing the arena/ fans of the situation.

I wondered the same thing too. I knew that once the lights went out, it'd be a while before they'd "warm back up," but I'm sure a lot of folks booked out not knowing what was going on.
