I'd like to see Pierre and Battles step up.  They both have some skills.  I think Pierre lost to the Holtz philosphy of sticking with players that he was comfortable with, while Battles had some issues adjusting to college life.  Battles had a few intriguing carries in that final game after Shaw's temper tantrum.  

 

Anyway, can't wait to see the new guys suit up.  Is it September yet?

Funny you say that...we do tend to forget.  I went to the Vero scrimmage last year, and he looked as good as any back we had.  Hasn't seen the field much, but he did run VERY hard when I saw him.  I look forward to plenty of competition at RB...and a young group, too.
