Yep, I seriously wouldn't mind going KP for interim for the rest of the year. If we see vast improvement, maybe drop the interim tag, give him a 3-year deal with low base salary and heavy on incentive

For financial reasons, would it be crazy to make him full time HC to see how he does?

May need a cheap option after a buyout.

I truly think its the schemes and the HC attitude that has caused this team to become softer than a down pillow.

yes, I'm kidding. But if we were to do go the interim route, we'd need to get an inspirational guy to keep our guys showing up and improving for next year.
