I don't know who, but maybe some day a former player will take over at head coach, now that would be special.

There will never be another Leavitt, because there will never be another head coach that can do what he did in starting our football program. This is not to say there isn't a brighter and better future for this program with a future head coach. Our Steve Spurrier, Bobby Bowden or Nick Saban will arrive, hopefully sooner than later. Not to lose.

I like Skip, but he plays to not lose. Against CUSA teams that works because you are just playing and waiting for a mistake from your opponent. When the competition is better they don't make mistakes as often and this style doesn't win as much. I just hope he sees it because I think he has the mind and the motivational ability to make this team great. Also, to be honest because his darn contract has quite the buy out now, too. I like the guy and he has tried to coach the way that won at ECU, but it isn't working here, so I sincerely hope that he sees it like everyone here and makes a move, and shakes it up somehow. It boils down to this... FIND A WAY TO WIN BECAUSE AT THIS LEVEL THE COMPETITION DOESN'T JUST LOSE! Edited October 2, 2012 by BullTiger

As a football program you can be the victim or you can be the bad-asses-in-your-face-no-matter-what type. This applies to everyone involved in the program: players, coaches, fans, boosters, administrators, etc. There's no room for the timid in big time college football.
