When he was 17-18 all the scouts looked at him and said "wow if he is this good as a 17 year old how good will he be as a 24 year old" and the thing is...he just didn't get better. he peaked. Not to beat a dead horse, but the fact that NONE of our big recruits on defense has progressed at all since their freshman year, may spell more of a coaching/developing problem, than an individuals "plataeu" problem. I think we just have a problem staff deep, our OL seems week (strength conditioning), our DL seems out of shape (strength conditioning), our schemes absolutely suck on defense (DL coach/D-coord), and our Offensive play calling is predictive and boring (O-Coord). This on top of having an unmotivated and undisciplined team (head coach). This whole entire staff sucks.
