Ok then, and you think Bj has accuracy issues... Blind blame of every loss on the quarterback is the single most annoying thing

Unfortunately, that is how it works. The faces of franchises, teams, companies, etc get the blame. At USF, it is BJ and Holtz who get the fire.

As others have said, every BE team has a formula to beat us. I'm thinking we take Temple but likely drop every other conference game. Also, I really don't see how in the world we can take Miami or FSU. Not this year.

Holtz deserves blame because he hired the guys calling the plays, and we look unprepared and unmotivated on the field.

Bj scrambling was the only thing keeping us in the game last night. Most qbs would've been sacked half a dozen times.

I understand that's how it works though, still annoys the hell outta me.

Why sit our best quarterback to give reps to kids who will be backups to Woulard next year?

First off Woolard hasn't even signed. I hope he does, however things change (see Tyler Cameron)

Second, we've seen 4 years of BJ and not a hint of progression. Maybe it's the coaching or maybe it's his skill set.

If I thought we had a chance at the BE with BJ then play him. At this point, it looks like all we'll be playing for is a .500 record and maybe a crappy bowl.

Time to see if Matt or Bobby can do better. The bar has been set real low.

You don't see progression from his sophomore season? That's absurd.

A team like Michigan prays that their qb can play like Bj.

Wins and losses are not solely determined by the qb. Except the Florida game, of course.

Uh No!

are you guys serious??? we still have a shot at winning this thing, last night we lost a game that we could have easily won. All we have to do is cut down the turnovers and we will be fine. Its never easy to win a game when you turn the ball over 5 times and i highly doubt we will do that again this seaon. oh and if you forgot...WE ARE IN THE BIG EAST anything can happen

Anything can happen, including not winning another game. We can cut down on the turnovers if we turnover the ball to Floyd and see if that kid can do anything better.

floyd right now is not a better qb then bj. if he was then he would be the starter and we all know that. bj accounted for 310 out of our 337 yds of offense. its not like hes getting much help from our running game

We called 14 running plays last night that did not include BJ running the Ball. How do we know the running game is non exsistant if we dont attempt to use it?

We also accounted for 3 out of 4 of our turnovers(yes some of the INTs were dumb luck or should have been caught by our recievers)...should have been 5 turnovers and we should of had 7 less points on the board.
