if Nevada's TE didn't drop the ball on their last drive when he was wide open then that probably would have been dead on

I wouldn't call that a "drop"

I hope the guys bring the big game mentality that they have over the years for early season games such as FSU, Auburn and Notre Dame.

I see this as a must win game.

I think he was talking about the guy all alone that had the ball in his hands and dropped it without a Bull in sight.

Guess we'll find out if the "winning in Sept" thing is stronger that the "can't win on Thursday thing". This should be interesting.

yea I am not talking about the Sam Barrington blow.

#44 was WIDE OPEN on the sideline at their 40 yard line. He had atleast 10 more yards to run before being tackled which would have put them in great FG range but he just flat out dropped it....lucky for us.

That game vs Nevada was us just about every game last year except we were Nevada.

lets hope this season continues to be the opposit of last year

Not to bicker, but it was at the 50, and if he was going to out to stop the clock he would've been around the 45 as a defender was running full speed at him and was at the forty when he dropped it. I hardly think it would have clinched a win.

well if you want to get technical- he was the same player that broke like 4 tackles earlier in the game and it was a CB coming at home, he could of broke it and i doubt he was going out of bounds because they had 1 timeout left. oh well.
