UT Chat has a top 10 FCS defense from last year and returns all of last years starters, they should be as good, if not better than Ball States defense. USF has a new O-line and will struggle early before getting into rythym. Second quarter before USF gets things going. The UT Chat defense will start to get winded in the 3rd quarter and thats when USF will open it up. Back ups will see only limited time in the fourth quarter. I see this game playing out like McNeese State did a couple of years ago. Except we get the lead for good in the 2nd quarter instead of the 3rd.
