The big programs don't. The freshmen have to work hard and earn their way. That is where we need to get do, and we're getting there with improved quality depth. Actually had his right arm in a sling the other day. Nearly all the receivers are back in 2013, so might be another year before he can make a significant impact. The point is that just because a freshman isn't making an immediate impact, doesn't mean something is wrong with him. It means the program is healthy.
