No, he's a senior. That means he'll probably just go the Janoris Jenkins route and go to a school like N. Alabama so he can play without sitting out a year, then go directly to the draft.

If he is a senior, I think he can still apply for an NFL Supplemental draft for this year.

The supplemental draft that already took place? I think the deadline for that has passed.

I am fairly certain the NFL has at least considered "special" supplemental drafts for players in the past that missed the official one.

He should do the Janoris Jenkins route. If he can keep his nose clean for a solid year he could probably go in one of the middle rounds in the draft next year.

That's never happened, to my knowledge. He's stuck transferring or just sitting out the year. There will be no Supplemental-to-the-Supplemental Draft.
