The supplemental draft that already took place? I think the deadline for that has passed.

I am fairly certain the NFL has at least considered "special" supplemental drafts for players in the past that missed the official one.

That's never happened, to my knowledge. He's stuck transferring or just sitting out the year. There will be no Supplemental-to-the-Supplemental Draft.

I'm pretty sure it hasn't happened. And I doubt the NFL would make a special draft to comply with one player who got kicked off of his team 2 weeks before training camp.
