rivals, scout & 247 is showing him as a 3 star....is that what he was before he committed?

No he was a 5 star before he committed then dropped down to a 3... Kidding. Yeah he's been a 3*

What are Wilkins plans for his senior season - now that he's committed to the Bulls?
