If it helps us land this kid, then tell him he can walk-on for baseball too for all I care. Tell the kid whatever he wants to hear. I doubt he plays ball at USF or Cincy after he realizes how hard it is to play 2 sports in college, so tell him what he wants to hear.
I remember they were more than happy to allow BJ Daniels do the same.

True, but we actually had a need for a guard then...don't think we need another SF (I assume this kid would play the 3?). And do we have a spot for him? I guess Stan must be in the know on this?

Also would depend on how big of a contributor TJ would be on the football team. One of the main reasons BJ wasn't a continued part of hoops was that Stan didn't want to possibly be responsible for the loss of an integral part of the fb team due to a basketball injury .... and given our history of hoops injuries up to that point, pretty good logic.
