What happened to Adam Adkins? His name is not on the Tribune's USF sports blog anymore. Did he get launched with all of the other people that Media General made redundant at the Tampa Trib and Channel 8, or did he leave for another job?

Sorry if this has been asked or answered before. The search feature is just plain terrible. I searched on Adam Adkins and did not find the answer.

The Trib is like a revolving door for the USF blog. I think it's had at least 3-4 writers since McTurdy was doing it.

I worked with a guy who moonlighted as a prep writer for the Trib and he said that Adkins was a douchebag who was full of himself. I don't know if that's true but I figured I would just leave that tidbit right here...

I thought Adam did a credible job for us. Unfortunately, the Trib (which is supposed to be the USF paper) is not supporting us.

Thankful we have Greg Auman though. No one has been better or fairer.
